For years, I've struggled with autoimmune illness, chronic stress, and the physical and emotional exhaustion that came with trying to simply feel well again. My healing journey led me down many paths, but one of the most transformative was discovering the power of breathwork.
Through intentional breath practices, lifestyle changes, spiritual growth, and a deeper connection to my body, I began to experience profound healing and restoration. Breathwork became more than a wellness tool — it became a pathway to managing my symptoms, reducing stress, reconnecting with myself, and supporting sustainable overall well-being.
My personal journey awakened a passion for helping others reconnect to their own healing potential. Today, I share breathwork and holistic wellness practices from a place of lived experience, compassion, and deep understanding. I believe healing is not one-size-fits-all, and that true wellness involves nurturing the mind, body, and spirit together.
